AI and operations
Ignacio Quintero
Builder by heart.

I’m the person who hears "this keeps happening" and opens a notebook.
Engineer by training, operator by experience, builder by heart. I’ve spent my career between customers and the systems they depend on.
The best work I’ve done started with someone describing a problem badly, and me asking one more question.
